Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea at U of M

Sweetwater's Coffee & Tea U of M, located in the University of Michigan Union Building at 530 S. State that had a major renovation to the entire building by the University in 2019. This location of Sweetwater's included a renovated dish washing area, with new sales and seating area.
We installed new lighting and equipment, as well as new back and front bar. The original 100 year old brick flooring was kept intact, as well as the arched beams, while the fresh contemporary renovation mixed the two styles together in a tasteful fashion.
