Mast Shoes located at 2519 Jackson Rd., Ann Arbor, Mi, is a family operated shoe retail business that has been operating since 1942. This was a new space for them that we completely built out, that included new HVAC, Lighting, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm and concrete floors that we removed and poured new. We built a custom floating wood entry that is clad with tongue and groove wood planks.
This space has a custom steel mezzanine for storage, an open office, break room (1) shoe stretching room, (1) shipping receiving area and (2) restrooms. This project also includes polished galvanized steel spiral ductwork, as well as both linear and hanging light fixtures throughout. Lastly we installed a new complete storefront system with new Airlock Vestibule.
